| 2026-03-14 11:51:41 +0000 | <Guest48> | Hello! I want to ask something. I reinstalled Arch and now some things dont work with my kmonad install. To begin with, I had an inverted question mark (¿) in my main layer and now it doesnt work- it prints two normal question marks (??) instead. I tried adding it with aliases like <invq (tap-macro ¿ )> and <revq #( ¿ )> and <¿ (around lsft ? |
| 2026-03-14 11:51:42 +0000 | <Guest48> | )> but it doesnt work, these aliases still print ?? instead. Also my apostrophe doesnt work- instead of it outputting a single ' it works like a compose character: it outputs nothing and waits for another key, so if I press apostrophe + e it outputs é instead of 'e. Any ideas? Thanks. |

| 2026-03-14 12:34:08 +0000 | <Guest48> | I fixed the apostrophe thing. The command <localectl status> showed that my DE had configured weird international variants on top of my kb layout. Took them off with <localectl set-x11-keymap us> and a reboot. |
